About Us

We have been frequent visitors to The Turks and Caicos Islands for the past 40 years, spending approximately a week out of each month on the islands. Therefore, we can answer any question you may have about the islands and also answer any question you may have about the villas, since we were involved in the development of many of the villas that you see on this website.

We are literally a mom and pop business. When you phone us you will be speaking immediately to me, my wife, or my daughter. You will therefore be able to speak with someone who is very knowledgeable about the villas and the island, and you will never have to deal with a telephone menu.

Our descriptions of the villas are always true and accurate. A large percentage of our business consists of repeat and referral clientele and we strive to keep it that way.
