One bedroom with a king bed, two bedrooms each with a queen bed, one with a queen sofa-bed, and another bedroom with two twins.
The master bedroom offers extensive views over the beach and brilliant turquoise waters.
The beach level at Dawn Beach Villa is both spacious and private, and contains a pool table, a fifth bedroom with a queen sofa-bed, and a full bathroom.

Dawn Beach Villa is located at the far western end of Grace Bay Beach, Providenciales (Provo), Turks and Caicos Islands - away from the hotels and condos. The beach in front of Dawn Beach Villa runs for miles and miles. NOTE: There is a strip of beach rock between the sand and the water. This rock disappears entirely approximately 70 yards up the beach.
Turtle Cove Marina is also a short walk from Dawn Beach Villa where you can enjoy SCUBA, deep sea fishing, shallow reef fishing, bone fishing, glass bottom boat trips, a large-windowed submarine, parasailing, a casino, and more. But don't overlook some of the best snorkeling on the island, just outside your back door.
