The Pearl Estate sits on prime beachfront property with delightful, private, manicured gardens to walk through when you go to the beach.

Note: The air conditioning is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open, thus maintaining the low weekly rental rate. The Pearl Estate gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to use very much or even need air conditioning. AC usage is charged back to guests at cost.

Villa rates are per week (7 nights) for the entire villa.
*Rate based on use by 14 people. Additional guest $200 per week.
NOTE: The Turks and Caicos government requires that 11% tax be paid on all vacation villa rentals and this cost must be added to your final payment.
