We stayed at his villa and had a wonderful time. The view is spectacular and the many decks and patios were much appreciated.
We really enjoyed the deck by the water, where a small ladder leads into the water. At low tide, the water was only 3 feet high and one could walk on the sandy bottom quite far out, and even reach Taylor Bay walking in the water (a few minutes away). At high tide, the water was about 5 feet high. Just perfect. The water was very calm and the color spectacular. Taylor Bay was beautiful, had shallow and calm water, and we saw a total of ten people there the whole week. We loved the privacy of the house (far away from all the hotels and resorts), the water in front of the house, and Taylor Bay. And the house is greatly positioned for sunsets!
