50+ Years of Providenciales Expertise

TC Villas was founded in 1970 by Henry Moog, who fell in love with the untouched beauty of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Back then, there were no phones, no TVs—just pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters. Henry built over 20 villas on the island, many of which are still featured in our collection today.

Though the island has evolved, what makes it special has not—turquoise waters, powder-soft sand, and a laid-back charm you won’t find anywhere else. As frequent travelers to Provo, we stay in these villas, explore the island, and personally vet every property before we recommend it to you.
