Sandy Beaches is an original, well-loved beachfront villa with traditional design, original features, and a seasoned aesthetic that reflects its long history on Long Bay Beach. The home has not been recently renovated, and its interiors prioritize function and space over modern finishes or contemporary design. Guests who care most about location, outdoor living, and true beachfront access will find Sandy Beaches to be a rare and special property.

Set directly on the powder-white sands of Long Bay Beach, Sandy Beaches enjoys uninterrupted turquoise views, steady trade winds, and spectacular sunrises over the ocean. The beach stretches for miles in both directions, offering peaceful walks, refreshing swims, and a front-row seat to one of the island’s most scenic coastlines.

The pool terrace is the centerpiece of the property, offering sunny and shaded lounging areas, an infinity-edge pool, and expansive beach views. A pool house with a bathroom and outdoor shower adds convenience, while the beachfront tiki hut provides a shaded retreat just steps from the sand -ideal for reading, relaxing, or enjoying a cool drink in the breeze.

Walk directly from the pool deck onto Long Bay Beach, a wide and tranquil shoreline known for kiteboarding, horseback riding, and open, uncrowded space. Evenings bring cooling breezes, star-filled skies, and unforgettable sunrises await in the morning.

Inside, the villa offers five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning, and cable TV. A three-bedroom option is also available for smaller groups of 6 guests or less. The interiors are comfortable and functional, but reflect the home’s age. The villa includes internet, basic pool and beach items, paperback books, and board games.

Pool Level: Vaulted Ceilings

• Bedroom 1 (Master): King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, opens to pool, TV, and phone.

• Bedroom 2: Queen suite with an en-suite bathroom,  TV, and phone.

• Bedroom 3: King Bed with bathroom,  TV, and phone.

Ground Level:

• Bedroom 4: Queen Suite with an en-suite bathroom, TV, and phone

• Bedroom 5: Queen Suite with an en-suite bathroom, TV, and phone

Notes:

• Please note that Sandy Beaches does not allow chefs at the property.

• If you rent the 3-bedroom option, the bedrooms on the beach level will be locked off and will not be rented to another party.

•  AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given the first 200KW per week of AC use at no charge; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs. The AC is metered on a separate meter, which you will be shown at check-in.

• The Pool Level and Ground-level floors are accessible by the external staircase.
