Impulse Beach Estate is one of the island's most high-end villas.  Its ideal location is on one of Provo’s best beaches -Grace Bay Beach.  This luxury estate sits on one of the most desirable pieces of pristine beachfront land in the country and even has a private boat dock on the canal at the rear of the property. Grace Bay Beach is consistently ranked amongst the world’s best and features "travel poster perfect" tropical surroundings, with white powder sand greeted by gentle gin-colored waves. There is even a small live reef just offshore to enjoy a full-color spectrum of fish, and if you’re lucky, you’ll catch a glimpse of the neighborhood octopus! (note: fishing on this reef is prohibited)

The “upside-down” floor plan offers guests elevated, sweeping views of Grace Bay Beach, which are unrivaled on the island. The villa features six large bedrooms, private en-suite bathrooms, a large soaking tub, a shower stall, and double vanities. There is also a full gym, complete with cardio equipment, weight machines, free-standing exercise gear, and even a sauna that will fit 6.  For cocktails at sunset or stargazing at night, ascend the spiral stairs to the sky lounge on the rooftop!  Complete with comfortable furnishings and a fire pit, this special feature is one not to miss.

Moving upstairs, the top floor offers some of the most stunning turquoise views on the island, with 180° views of the famous Turks and Caicos water. Notes:

• New Year's Week includes daily chef services, housekeeping, villa attendant, and butler.

• Our villas include a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most of our villas do not include communal snorkel gear.

• Only pre-approved service providers (chefs, photographers, grocery delivery services, etc.) are permitted on the property.

• If you rent less than the full 8-bedroom option, the remaining bedrooms will be locked off and will not be rented to another party.

• AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste.  You are given the first $500 per week of AC cost at no charge; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs.  The AC is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in.

• Kindly note a fully refundable $5,000 security deposit is requested with the rental of this villa.
