August 12th: TC Villas was notified of construction on the lot next door to Cerulean (to the right of the villa when looking at it from the water). While we do not have details on the construction schedule or timeline, it’s reasonable to expect it to continue until December 1st, 2024. To offset any possible disruption due to the construction, the owner is offering a 30% discount. Whether the construction is disruptive or non-existent/barely noticeable during your stay, these savings are yours to enjoy.
